This page covers what Custom Cabinets Lynn collects when you read this site, call us or send the estimate form, and what happens to it after that.

The estimate form

The form asks for your name, phone number, job address and a short message. With it we note the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.

We use those details for one thing: arranging the estimate you asked for. We share them with the people who carry out your estimate and any work you book, as our terms of use explain. They may call or text you about that estimate.

Phone calls

Calls to our number connect through a phone service. It logs the number you called from, the time and how long the call lasted. We don't record calls. If you leave a voicemail, we use it to call you back and for nothing else.

We use that log to call back anyone we missed and to count how many calls the site brings in.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they found us. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you visit, your device and browser, and a rough location. It also counts taps on our phone number and sent forms, but it does not receive what you type into the form.

This site sets no cookies of its own. The map at the bottom of each page loads from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

Google handles its data under its own privacy policy. You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or with your browser's privacy settings.

Who else handles your details

A few services keep the site running: the form service that passes your message on, the phone service, Google Analytics, and our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses. Each one gets the part it needs for its job and no more.

We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Keeping and deleting your details

We keep form messages and call logs for as long as they help us arrange and follow up on a job.

To have your details deleted, call us or send a message through the form. We will delete them from our records and ask the people who carried out your estimate to delete theirs.

Children

This site is for people planning cabinet work on their own home or business. We don't build it for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or who receives it changes, we will change this page first.
