Your boxes are 3/4-inch hardwood plywood, glued into grooves cut in the sides rather than stapled. We name the panel on the order, so you can check it against what turns up. Ask for panels made with no added formaldehyde and we will order them. That matters in a treatment room for the same reason it matters in a kitchen. The cut edge of every panel sits in the air you breathe.
We hang your doors on Blum hinges and run your drawers on runners rated to 75 lb. Then we size the widest drawer by what actually goes in it. A drawer chosen by width rather than by load is the one that binds first. In a file room it starts doing that inside two years.

Can you get more storage into a small colonial kitchen here?
Usually, and it comes from pull-outs rather than from length. Rev-A-Shelf corner units, a tilt-out tray at your sink and a tall pantry unit do most of that work. How much does a fitted home office cost here?

Height moves that number, and so does whether the shelves are adjustable, since adjustable means drilling every shelf position twice.
